Arrived Damaged and Useless. The packaging clearly failed to protect it.

Unfortunately, I received this cargo box with significant damage. The lid was crushed, and there were no keys included to unlock it. After contacting customer service, I was told to return it, but I had to wait two weeks for the refund. Very disappointing experience overall.

Spacious Cargo Box, but loading it is awkward and requires extra effort.

This box has lots of storage space and fits well on my SUV. However, I noticed it doesn’t completely keep water out during heavy rain, so I suggest using waterproof bags for important items. Installation was easy, but the lock feels a bit weak. Overall, it’s a practical choice, but it’s not ideal.
